THE GENESIS STUDY
For A New Christian Elementary School

This study was conducted over the last 12 months in conjunction with Our Redeemer of Enfield, CT to assess the viability of a Christian school. The first portion of this study was to create a Case Statement.

Mission Statement
To provide children with a spiritual, safe, and caring educational environment that supports growth in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills while growing "in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever! Amen." (2 Peter 3:18)

Philosophy/Potential Impact
By God’s Grace, the OSL Lutheran School will:

• “Tell the next generation” (Psalm 78:4) the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ
  
  
• Assist families in bringing up children in the “training and instruction of the Lord”.
  (Ephesians 6:4)
  
  
• Help students to discover, develop, and use “whatever gifts they have received to serve others,” (1 Peter 4:10) so that students may become effective and productive members of the Body of Christ and society at large.
