NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY

OSPCC admits children of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to children at the center. It does not discriminate in administration of its education policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other center administered programs. Admission is not limited to South Windsor residents. Children with handicaps are served according to the program's ability to meet their special needs.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

OSPCC is already looking ahead to Fall 2008. Part-day Preschool, Full-day preschool, & Before & After School Care for School-Age will all be offered. Returning and CSL Church families sign up starting January 2nd because registration will open up to new families on February 15th. Space is limited so don’t miss out!

Registration for fall 2008 is $50 (per family). If returning families register by February 15th, the registration fee is only $30 (per family). If you have any questions as to what class your child should be enrolled in, please talk to your child’s teacher, Laura Tracy or Tressa. New families may tour anytime, they may pick up a registration form and submit it on or after February 15th starting at 7 am. All registrations are first come first serve.

When your registration form and fee are received, you will be contacted by the center Director regarding the enrollment process.

Only children whom are enrolled at the center may be on the church grounds, while the center is open. Visiting children accompanied by an adult are welcome and should report to the office.

ACCREDITATION / LICENSING

OSPCC is a non-profit Christian center licensed by the State of Connecticut. It complies with all the standards set forth by the CT State Board of Health and is examined every two years by the town health officer, Fire Marshal and State Licensing Specialist. We are also NAEYC accredited.
